A person has been apprehended for drunkenness. The police have also carried out a number of checks on people and vehicles that have not resulted in any suspicion of a crime.

Here follows a selection of the night's events:

00:25 Drunken driving, Åre
A driver in Åre is checked and suspicion arises that he is under the influence of narcotics. A blood test is performed and a report regarding suspected drunken driving and minor narcotics offense, own use, is to be drawn up.

00:27 Traffic offense, Östersund
A tractor is stopped and checked in Östersund. Suspicion of unauthorized driving arises when the vehicle is driving faster than the allowed speed. It is taken into custody for examination. The guardian is contacted.

01:22 Drunken driving, Härjedalen
A driver is checked on county road 315 in Vemdalen. He blows positively in the police's sifting instrument and further blood testing is performed. A report on drunken driving is to be drawn up and the driver's license is to be taken into custody.

Two wild animal accidents have been reported to the police during the night and morning. There are no reports of personal injuries.
