Ambassador on Östermalm is called by the police because a man with a knife is present in the premises. The man has cut down a flag outside the embassy but there are currently no reports of threats or violence against a person.
Several minutes after the police arrived at the scene, the man can be apprehended and handcuffed. 
The incident is classified as a serious offense against the knife law.
