At 22.45 a person is stopped and checked in a routine check on Munksjöbron in Jönköping. The driver shows signs of being under the influence, and is taken by the police for blood testing. The driver, a 25-year-old man, is then suspected of drunk driving. The police have confiscated the man's driver's license.

At midnight, police patrol on foot in Nässjö, and visit a basement room in a high-rise apartment building in central Nässjö. On the scene, three men in their 20s are found who are checked by the police. One of the men has narcotics on him, and is suspected of minor narcotics possession. All are dismissed from the scene as they have no reason to be there.
