Several people assaulted in Jönköping
Shortly after 10 PM, the police received calls from the public who found a man who was allegedly beaten up outdoors in Österängen. The man was reportedly conscious but badly injured and bleeding. It is unclear how many people attacked the man and how the incident occurred. The man, who is in his mid-20s, was taken to the hospital by ambulance. The police have spoken to witnesses but have not yet identified any suspects in the case. A report has been filed regarding severe assault.

Later, around 2 AM, the police were called back to Österängen after a man and a woman were assaulted by two unknown people. The incident allegedly occurred after the perpetrators drove into the victims with an electric scooter. The woman was reportedly pushed to the ground, and the man received kicks from the perpetrators while he was lying down. The perpetrators also allegedly made threats during the assault. After the incident, they fled the scene. Both victims were taken to the hospital. There are no reports of them suffering serious physical harm. The police have filed a report regarding severe assault and threats. The perpetrators are still unknown.
