Attempted theft through break-in, Karlstad
00.04. Two men in their 20s and 25s have been apprehended during the night suspected of attempted theft through break-in after an alarm went off at a residence outside Karlstad. One of the men is suspected of having smashed a window and shouted verbal threats. 

Driving under the influence of narcotics, Torsby
02.19. A 35-year-old man is being checked in Fryksände and shows signs of being under the influence of narcotics, whereupon he is to follow the patrol for blood tests. He is suspected of driving under the influence of narcotics as well as minor narcotics offenses of personal use.
