A 35-year-old man is suspected of a crime.
Alarm is reported about high noise, screams and thuds, from a residence on Hammarö. A patrol is ordered out for a check and can soon apprehend a man in his mid-30s with support according to the LOB, the law on the apprehension of intoxicated persons. The man is suspected of minor narcotics offenses for personal use.
