Reports have been received regarding a single-car accident at the roundabout, Amiralsgatan. A passenger car is lying on its side and two people are believed to have been traveling in the car. 

The driver, a man in his 30s, blows positively in the police's breathalyzer. 

The man is also suspected of being under the influence of narcotics. He is taken in for blood sampling, suspected of driving under the influence, as well as minor narcotics offenses - personal use and gross negligence in traffic.
