The movement, which was previously linked to al-Qaida, was leading in the uprising that led to the fall of the Assad regime last year.
The withdrawal will formally come into force on Tuesday and comes after the American president last week dismantled the country's sanctions against Syria.
"Tomorrow's action follows the announced dissolution of HTS and the Syrian government's commitment to combat terrorism in all its forms", says US Secretary of State Marco Rubio in a statement.
After the fall of the Assad regime, HTS leader Ahmed al-Sharaa took over as president of Syria. He is now leading the country during a five-year transition period.
Several European countries have since resumed their relations with the country and lifted some of their sanctions.
