More than 600 children have been injured during the same period in Israel's renewed offensive against Gaza, according to the UN agency.
Most of the children were fleeing when they were attacked.
The compilation by Unicef includes, among other things, several children who are reported to have been killed and injured when a department at Nasser Hospital in southern Gaza was attacked on March 23.
Israel unilaterally broke the ceasefire with terrorist-stamped Hamas in Gaza on March 18, after nearly two months of ceasefire in the 18-month-long war. Shortly afterwards, a new Israeli ground offensive was also launched in heavily battered Gaza.
The ceasefire was a lifeline and a hope for Gaza's children, says Unicef's chief Catherine Russell in a statement.
"But the children have again been thrown into a cycle of deadly violence and loss."
According to Unicef, which bases its compilation on information from healthcare providers and authorities in Hamas-controlled Gaza, more than 15,000 children have been killed and over 34,000 injured in Gaza since Hamas' terrorist attack on Israel on October 7, 2023.
Around one million children have been forced to flee and have been deprived of basic necessities and rights.
