The prosecutor has received an extension of the indictment - that is, an extended deadline for when charges must be brought - and thus an extended travel ban for the dismissed former Intellego manager, Claes Lindahl, suspected of gross fraud.

The District Court has extended the travel ban until February 2, 2026, according to State Prosecutor Thomas Hertz at the Swedish Economic Crime Agency (EBM).

Hertz has not yet received a response from the district court regarding a request for an extension of the prosecution concerning the district court's decision to seize SEK 230 million.

Intellego manufactures and develops UV technology. The company's shares – with 19,000 owners – have been suspended since EBM struck on November 18.

The suspicions – also classified as accounting crimes and fraud – concern misleading information and reporting from the company. Several people have been notified of the suspicions, including a board member of Intellego.
