25.9 percent among LO voters answer in May in the annual large survey by Statistics Sweden (SCB) that they sympathize with the Sweden Democrats (SD). It is a clear decrease compared to May last year when 29.3 percent of LO members answered the same thing.

By party sympathy is meant the party one considers oneself closest to, which is not necessarily the party one would vote for in a parliamentary election, according to SCB's definition.

At the same time, many of the previously lost LO voters return to the Social Democrats (S). 44.8 percent answer now that they sympathize with S. In May last year, the share was 36.9 percent.

Among all voters in the SCB survey, 36.2 percent answer that they would vote for S if it were an election today. 18.0 percent answer that they would have voted for SD.

The material is based on approximately 9,250 people who were asked, of whom half answered SCB's questions.
