They've tripped over wires, dropped costumes with heavy equipment, and practiced without the band's frontman and singer, who had a stomachache.
During Friday's rehearsal with an audience, Chris Adam was present and well, but that doesn't mean everything went flawlessly.
Didn't work
The hoses, which are attached to the guitarists' costumes and connect them to a platform on stage, are intended to glow in different colors.
"They didn't work because they were disconnected," says Benjamin Jennebo.

In addition, Chris Adam was so tired after the rehearsal that he did not attend Friday night's press conference.
"He's at the hotel. He needed to rest a bit. It was too much at once," says Benjamin Jennebo.
"He feels his fitness isn't really there. There's not much nutrition in his body, so he needs to get it back."
However, it doesn't seem to have affected the audience. After the rehearsal on Friday night, Smash Into Pieces received more than half of the audience votes in the Melodifestivalklubben survey - a total of 54.2 percent.
Even the betting companies believe that the rock band will get the most votes.
"We are in it to win, but of course we need to reduce all mistakes," says Per Bergquist.
Close to tripping
The second artist to advance to the final is Meira Omar, according to both the Melodifestivalklubben survey and the betting companies.
Meira Omar is competing with "Dooset Daram" - a love tribute to her husband, whom she met in "Love Is Blind".
During Friday's rehearsal, she almost tripped over her skirt.
"I felt like I almost tripped. It's typical for that to happen during a rope event like this with an audience," she says.
"I still feel like it's under control. It's worked before, but yes, there's a lot to think about. You think about fabric, and what you convey with your face and tone."
Bombs and grenades
When it comes to third place, opinions differ. The betting companies predict that Cimberly, who competes with disco-pop, will advance to the final, while the Melodifestivalklubben survey points to Timo Räisänen.
"It feels really, really good. It was very nice to hear," he says.
The debutant believes he has more to give and that he can climb further, but if he had to guess, it would be Smash Into Pieces who will leave Malmö victorious.
"Of course I think bombs, grenades and space rockets are at the top. Smash (Into Pieces) has a great chance."
