Ye's anti-Semitism has prompted the British government to ban him from entering the country. The rapper himself cancelled his Marseille gig after criticism from the French interior minister. Concerts in Switzerland, Poland and Italy were also cancelled.
In an ad in the Wall Street Journal, Ye apologized for his anti-Semitism, saying he is bipolar and had a manic episode during which he was not taking his medication.
