I don't know why it went wrong, says the police's press spokesperson Thomas Johansson to TT.

The information about the warning shot was recorded in the incident report. This is written in real-time and cannot be changed afterwards.

The man who was hit by a police bullet in connection with his arrest has now been able to be heard by the police and has been suspected of attempted murder. In connection with the planned police operation on Tuesday, he himself fired shots at the police.

A woman who was in the same apartment as the man has been detained as a suspect for gross weapons offense, but she has now been released. She is still suspected of a crime.

The prosecutor confirms to SVT that it was the man's health condition that caused the delay before he could be questioned.

In addition to attempted murder, the man is also suspected of gross weapons offense.

The police struck against the apartment early in the morning to arrest the man, who was detained in his absence. The police have not wanted to disclose why he was.

The incident is being investigated by the special prosecutor's office.
