The Dutchman notes that the USA "is over 50 percent of NATO", and dodges the question of whether the USA is capable of being the leading nation in the NATO cooperation.
Poland's President Andrzej Duda says to BBC that Zelenskyj should "return to the negotiating table". Duda cannot see "any other power in the world than the USA that can stop Russia's aggression", he adds.
Duda has previously belonged to the national-conservative party Law and Justice in Poland.
Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orbán urges his colleagues within the EU to initiate direct talks with Moscow to put an end to the war in Ukraine, reports AFP.
Orbán was the only leader of an EU country who directly backed the USA's President Donald Trump after the disastrous meeting with Zelenskyj on Friday.
The statements are made in connection with Zelenskyj meeting the USA's Prime Minister Keir Starmer as well as several other European leaders in London. Most European countries fully support Zelenskyj.
