The meeting took place in Thailand's capital Bangkok on Thursday.
Representatives of the delegations said that the talks would focus on humanitarian aid to those affected in Myanmar, which is also ravaged by ongoing civil wars.
Around three million people have become homeless after the earthquake on March 28. The number of fatalities is officially over 3,700.
It is unclear whether the civil wars and the military junta's position were discussed in the talks.
The regional cooperation organization Asean is also exploring ways to support Myanmar, reported the state-controlled TV company MRTV.
Military leader Min Aung Hlaing also held talks with Thailand's Prime Minister Paetongtarn Shinawatra on bilateral issues.
