Tech entrepreneur Elon Musk tops the Forbes list for the second year in a row, with a fortune of $839 billion, equivalent to nearly 7.7 trillion kronor.
3,428 billionaires make this year's list of the world's richest, an increase of 400 from last year. Google co-founder Larry Page is second with a fortune of $257 billion.
Among the newcomers to the list are tennis legend Roger Federer and music stars Dr. Dre and Beyoncé Knowles-Carter.
U.S. President Donald Trump's fortune increased by 27 percent last year, according to Forbes, to $6.5 billion. He is ranked 645th in the world.
