A SAS flight en route from Oslo to Málaga was forced to make an emergency landing in Copenhagen on Wednesday, after a mouse was found in a meal package on the plane, reports The Guardian.
The rodent was deemed a hazard since there was a risk that the animal could gnaw on vital electrical connections.
According to a passenger, the mouse jumped out of the meal package when a woman opened it to eat.
In Copenhagen, the passengers had to switch planes before the journey to the Spanish resort could continue, says a spokesperson for SAS to Guardian. The incident will now be investigated.
