Iran's supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, was seen in public for the first time on Saturday since the twelve-day war against Israel in June.
In a segment on state television, Khamenei was seen participating in a religious ceremony at a mosque in Tehran.
The 86-year-old leader, who has been in power since 1989, was also seen on TV last week, but then in a pre-recorded speech.
The war began with a wave of surprise attacks from Israel on June 13, which was motivated by claims that Iran was developing nuclear weapons. The war ended after the US intervened on Israel's side and bombed three Iranian nuclear power plants.
During the twelve-day war, over 900 people were killed in Iran and at least 28 in Israel, according to official information from each side.
