After Sweden's 1-3 loss to Norway, the Blue and Yellow national team was very disappointed as it tried to pinpoint what went wrong in the weak first half.
"We're not doing what we talked about. We're not together, we're late to the duels. There are many things that didn't work," says Jesper Karlström.
The 30-year-old is also self-critical.
"I could have taken more responsibility to get the team to do what we talked about and to bring the team together; that's a lesson learned."
There was no cheerful atmosphere in the locker room during the break, he says.
"Everyone was disappointed. Everyone understands that it's not good enough. I don't think anyone is particularly happy with themselves," says Karlström.
In the stands, Sweden was mocked by the Norwegian supporters who sang hymns about the Swedes.
"It hurts, of course. They are really good. But we have to look at ourselves. We were not surprised; we knew Norway was good, but it is our own performance we have to look at. The only positive thing is that we can learn from this and that it's happening now, before the World Cup."
Sweden will face Greece in the final warm-up match before the World Cup on Thursday in Solna.
