Jimmy Wayne Carwyle, 48, crashed his car into the gates of Jennifer Aniston's house in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Bel Air on the 5th of May. The "Friends" star was at home at the time, and a security guard apprehended the attacker while waiting for the police to arrest him.

According to the prosecutor, Carwyle has been stalking Aniston for over two years and has tried to contact her through voice messages, e-mail, and social media entries.

Carwyle denies the crime and has appeared confused during the two court hearings, including entering the courtroom with a bare upper body.

But Carwyle immediately to the forensic psychiatric investigation, which concluded that he had a mental disorder, and requested a new opinion from another doctor. The court's chairman Maria Cavaluzzi agreed to it and on May 29, the new opinion will be presented.

Carwyle risks three years in prison if he is convicted. But if the court establishes that he has a mental disorder, he will be taken into care for treatment.
