24 of those arrested are suspected of having "sent to the enemy the coordinates of military installations, police and defense forces, as well as positions of security guards and military equipment in Hamadan province," according to Iran's Foreign Ministry.
Weapons and eleven Starlink units, part of the satellite-based internet service owned by Elon Musk, have been seized in the operations.
Since the war began, the regime in Tehran has regularly claimed to have arrested people accused of being mercenaries or spies on behalf of Israel or the United States.
On Tuesday, state-controlled Iranian media also reported that more than 90 people linked to the London-based opposition group Iran International had been arrested.
Over 460 people have also been arrested for their online activities, according to state media.
