The list includes 34 people that Israel wants to see released in the first stage.
A release can, however, only take place when the Israeli military leaves Gaza and the country agrees to a ceasefire. This is stated by an unnamed spokesperson for Hamas, according to the news agency Reuters and Israeli media.
"But we have not seen any progress," the spokesperson notes.
The Times of Israel reported on Saturday that Hamas' refusal to provide Israel with a list of the hostages who can be released in the first stage was one of the more difficult issues in the ongoing negotiations in Qatar.
Around 250 people were taken hostage in the October attack on Israel. Over 90 of them are believed to be in Gaza, but the Israeli military assumes that a third of them are dead.
