The man is suspected of, among other things, attempted murder, preparation for murder, aggravated weapons offense and aggravated narcotics offense. He is described as a key figure in the criminal Foxtrot network.

He was detained on probable cause, the higher degree of suspicion.

The man was arrested in Iraq in the fall of 2023 after being internationally wanted and has been detained since then. On Wednesday, he was extradited to Sweden after being detained in his absence.
