The charges concern several cases of drug offenses. According to the preliminary investigation, she should have possessed, used and sold drugs on 18 occasions last autumn.
The evidence consists, among other things, of payments made to the woman from several people who are said to have bought drugs, according to ST.
The woman was stopped last summer when she was suspected of driving a car under the influence of drugs. In her handbag, a scale, small plastic bags and various types of drugs, including amphetamine, ketamine and cannabis, were found.
After the incident, the woman, who in her role as lay judge had judged in several drug cases, left all her political assignments.
The woman has admitted possession for her own use, but denies that she had drugs for the purpose of transfer.
