Large amounts of cash, drug caches and millions in Swish payments from hundreds of Uppsalans. Now a man and his two sons are being brought to court suspected of having made drug sales into a family business, writes UNT.

In the ventilation, basement storage, pantry, laundry basket, bedside table, and on the patio – when the police struck against two apartments in Uppsala, narcotics were hidden almost everywhere.

On Monday, the trial begins against a man in his 50s and his two sons in their 20s who are suspected of narcotics offenses and serious narcotics offenses.

The evidence consists, in addition to cash and narcotics seizures, of chat conversations where the sons send price lists and make narcotics deals.

None of them have any significant taxable income. But between January 2022 and June 2025, over 3.3 million kronor came in to the sons' bank accounts through Swish payments from hundreds of Uppsala residents.

One of the brothers claims to have earned the money by, among other things, driving people to Arlanda. However, the prosecution believes that the only reasonable conclusion is that the father and sons together sold large quantities of narcotics.
