The 33-year-old, who has been with Manchester City since the summer of 2015, announced earlier in the week that he is leaving the club after the season and now only has three home matches left to play.

City's goalkeeper Ederson accounted for a goal assist, his fourth for the season, when he hit a long pass to James McAtee, who netted. A quarter of an hour later, Ederson was forced to be substituted due to an injury.
