All twelve teams in the three four-team groups will play knockout matches, but only the top two and the best two will secure places in the quarter-finals. The other teams will have less time to rest as there will be a round of 16.
Sweden (three points) must beat Slovakia (six) during regular time - kick-off at 12:10 on Saturday - to have a chance at first place. If Finland (three) beat Italy (nil) later in the day - kick-off at 16:40 - they will also need to win by a four-goal margin.
"We'll start by making it 1-0, then we'll take it from there," says defender Victor Hedman.
