Claes Lindahl, former CEO of Intellego, has also previously been suspected of gross fraud. Prosecutor Thomas Hertz said in early December that more people were suspected of crimes in the Intellego affair, but he did not want to state who or what crimes were involved.
Intellego manufactures and develops color indicators used in disinfection, sun protection and industry. The company's shares – with 19,000 owners – have been suspended since a raid by the Swedish Economic Crime Authority on November 18.
According to Intellego, the allegations against both Claes Lindahl and the company itself concern information in the company's press releases and quarterly reports.
