The joint statement comes after Biden, Germany's Chancellor Olaf Scholz, France's President Emmanuel Macron, and Britain's Prime Minister Keir Starmer met in Berlin, where they discussed both Ukraine and the Middle East.
According to the leaders, they discussed "their plans to provide Ukraine with additional security, economic and humanitarian aid".
The meeting takes place in connection with Biden's farewell visit to Germany before the upcoming American presidential election.
We're heading towards a very tough winter. We can't let go, Biden said earlier on Friday.
The USA has been the largest provider of military aid to Ukraine since Russia launched its full-scale invasion in February 2022.
Regarding the war in the Middle East, the leaders express hope for a ceasefire in Gaza, following Israel's killing of the top leader of Hamas, Yahya Sinwar.
Biden calls Sinwar's death "a moment of justice".
In the joint statement, they say they agree on "the immediate necessity of bringing hostages home to their families, to put an end to the war in Gaza, and to ensure that humanitarian aid reaches civilians".
