"A resumption of fighting, an escalation of the conflict or continued disruption of shipping in the Strait of Hormuz would pose further serious risks to global energy supplies, supply chains and financial stability," the ministers said in a joint statement on Wednesday.
Among the countries represented are Australia, the Netherlands, Finland, Spain, Norway, Ireland, Poland, New Zealand and Sweden.
The statement places particular focus on reopening the Strait of Hormuz but offers no specific assistance to achieve this.
