It was the 29-year-old himself who raised the alarm on March 22 about an assault in Malmö.
He claims that two unknown masked men attacked the two, says prosecutor Adrien Combier-Hogg.
The defendant had himself received a deep, bleeding wound in his calf. When the police arrived at the crime scene, he had left, but by following the bloodstains, the police were able to find the murder weapon, a bayonet hidden in a bush.
My assertion is that this bayonet comes from the father, says the prosecutor.
The prosecutor believes that a possible motive for the deed is that the son was in a pressured life situation with large debts and abuse.
He has quite a lot of pressure on him from home to get his life together, says Adrien Combier-Hogg.
The prosecutor claims that the father was in a vulnerable position in relation to the son, partly due to the age difference and partly because the father was ill. This may affect the sentence.
