A police patrol conducted a routine stop of a car on Äppelvägen in Lugnet. The driver, a man in his 30s, was suspected of drunk driving under the influence of narcotics as he was perceived by the police to be impaired. Two passengers, both men between 20-25 years old, were also suspected of drug offenses for personal use as they were also perceived to be impaired.
