Police and ambulance were alerted to Storgatan in Hörby due to a man with a knife-like object.

On the scene, two victims were found who had been assaulted by the man in question during the evening. The assault consisted of pushes and is said to have occurred on Algatan and Långedammsgatan in Hörby. The victims are two women in their 20s and are known to the suspect.

The suspect was found in the vicinity and arrested. It is a man in his 30s. He is now suspected of two counts of assault, illegal threats, and serious violation of the knife law.

The ambulance has examined the victims on the scene, and no one has needed to be taken to the hospital.
