A moped car has somehow ended up on the wrong side of the road and collided head-on with a car. The driver of the moped car has been taken to hospital by ambulance. He is said to have been awake and able to speak, but the extent of his injuries is unknown. The driver and passengers of the car are said to have escaped without physical harm.

A report on reckless driving will be filed.
