
Below are some of the events that the police in the region have had to handle overnight into Sunday.
Örebro at 00:00 Disorder etc. Police were called to an open gas station at night where a fight had broken out between several men. When the police arrived, it calmed down and it turned out that none of those involved had been injured in the fight, which had mainly consisted of pushing. Upon checking those involved, it turned out that a 20-year-old man was wanted to serve a sentence he had been sentenced to. He was taken into custody for the care of the criminal justice system. In other respects, a number of men, 15 in total, were checked, all of whom were between 20 and 25 years old, of whom one man was taken for a blood test as he was suspected of being under the influence of drugs. He is now suspected of minor narcotics offenses regarding personal use.
Örebro at 01:10 Fireworks. Police were called to a parking lot in eastern Örebro where a number of young men were shooting rockets/fireworks at cars. When the police arrived, the men involved had left the scene without being apprehended. No damage to the cars could be confirmed.
Örebro at 01:50 Traffic offense. A police patrol stopped and checked a car west of Örebro after another road user had reported uncertain driving. It turned out that the car had been driven by a young man who had not yet reached the age of 18 and therefore did not have a driver's license. He is now suspected of unauthorized driving and his parents were informed of the suspicions, which will also be reported to social authorities.
